I am doing Side Knee Tuck Push-Ups, so before we kick start our pushups, Lets check out How to Do it.
• Start in a plank position
• Engage your core, bring both knees in, toward your elbows. With control, return to the starting position. Then, do a push-up. Your core should be engaged and your back should be in a neutral position throughout the entire movement. When your core is not actively involved, it usually causes the hips to sag.
• This exercise majorly targets your core & hip flexors.
