1 मई से देश में जबसे कोरोना लॉकडाउन में फंसे यात्रियों को उनके गृहराज्य भेजने के लिए श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेनें चल रही है, जिसमें यात्रियों की अबतक भारी भीड़ उमड़ रही थी। रेलवे स्टेशनों के बाहर प्रवासी मजदूरों और प्रवासी कामगारों का जन-सैलाब उमड़ रहा था। लेकिन, अब भारतीय रेलवे का कहना है कि श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेनों की मांग अचानक घटने लगी है। ये बाद खुद रेलवे बोर्ड के चेयरमैन वीके यादव ने कही।
