Tacko Fall had his paperwork mismanaged by handlers who helped him come to the United States to play basketball. Others have suffered far worse faiths, made false promises, then dumped when their basketball promise doesn't pan out. Fall hopes to fix this mistreatment of African prospects and the Basketball Africa League is part of that process.
