Making easy cook haleem

1. Heat half oil, 2 large Onion, Green chili’s
2. 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
3. 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
4. Salt to taste
5. Cinnamon stick 1
6. Clove 3-4
7. Bay leaves
8. Green Cardamom 3-4
9. When the onion get gold put the Shan Easy Cook Haleem Masala. Stir fry for few minutes. Or If you want more masala your own .. you can put..
10. Add meat or goat
11. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is completely tender (about 4-6 hours). Stir occasionally.
12. Than put the second packet pulses & grain max
13. Add 1-2 cups water if desired.
14. You can put tomato or not
15. Cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes
16. You can put cilantro
1. Heat remaining ghee/oil and fry the sliced onions until golden. But I had onions fried packet that I get from store .. when your haleem is done you can design with fry onions, chili’s, cilantro,ginger and cucumber..now is ready for your haleem you eat with prata
