A nearby man waiting for the traffic lights on a scooter was seen running away quickly to avoid being buried by the slurry that scattered on the ground from the truck.
According to reports, the truck ran a yellow light causing the incident, and the truck driver has been blamed for the incident.
Fortunately, the car driver was not injured as his car only had its hood damaged.
