Women gather outside the Argentine Congress toask for the legalization of abortion on the International Day of Action for Women's Health. Abortion in Argentina is so far allowed only in cases of rape or if the mother's health is in danger but leftwing president Alberto Fernandez said in March he will send a new draft bill to Congress to fully legalize it.
