Funeral cortege of London bus driver who died of coronavirus

Onlookers pay their respects to Metroline bus driver, Emeka Nyack Ihenacho aged 36, as his funeral cortege passed through Pemberton Gardens in Islington, London on Thursday (May 28) morning.

Ihenacho, of St Alban’s Road in Highgate, who was a father and suffered from mild asthma, died of coronavirus last month.

Transport for London (TfL) have announced an independent review into coronavirus infections and deaths among the capital's bus workers.
