EU chief urges Europe to 'put aside prejudices' and back virus recovery

European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen urges EU countries to "put aside the old prejudices" as she presents a coronavirus recovery plan to the European Parliament that calls for billions of euros to be given to the hardest-hit member states.
