"Trump death clock" ticks in New York as US tops 100,000 virus deaths

A sign in New York's Times Square shows an estimate of the number of deaths from the novel coronavirus that could have been avoided "if mitigation measures had been implemented earlier" by the Trump administration. The United States has now recorded more than 100,000 COVID-19-related deaths.
