� A recipe for braised cutlassfish that melts gently in the mouth

1. With a knife, gently scrape off the scales of the cutlassfish.
2. Cut the radish and potatoes and boil them in a pot of water.
3. Mix together soy sauce, brewed soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar to make the sauce.
4. Put bean paste into the pot.
5. Slice onions and grind garlic
6. Add the sauce to half of the radish (?)
7. Add chilli powder
8. Add onions and garlic, and boil it. Then slice the green onions and peppers.
9. Boil until the colour and you are done.
