Altercation at Intersection Between Man and Blue Car

Info from Licensor: I heard some loud noises outside my apartment window. I looked outside and this happened! I believe the silver car may have crashed into the blue car as the blue car now has a dent in it, but I didn't see it happen so I can't say for sure. After the cars drove off at the end of the video, they did not come back so unsure what was the end result. The lady in the yellow dress started crying after the video was filmed, maybe she knew them? I wish I could tell you more!
