President Donald Trump says he will give a response "before the end of the week" to China's threat to tighten control over Hong Kong, while remaining vague on what to expect. He also comments on the conspiracy accusing one of his media critics, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, of murder, saying "it's a very suspicious thing and I hope somebody gets to the bottom of it," during a press conference held in the Rose Garden of the White House.
