James Worthy: Celtics Memories, Boston was sh**** city to play in

James Worthy expressed the same sentiment as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar did in his appearance on Showtime with Cooper. The 1985 championship in Boston was a monumental moment in Lakers history, not only for the players involved, but the ones that could not beat the Celtics during their playing days. Worthy looked back at a rivalry that formed across color lines, frustrating Cedric Maxwell, and the legitimate apprehension he, family members and the Lakers had toward Boston in the years after bussing and national racism stories.
