Almost 100k checks nationwide to ensure MCO compliance on Raya eve

In a statement on Sunday, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said a total of 97,552 checks nationwide were conducted by by 3,479 teams involving 18,297 personnel.

He said the number of vehicles attempting to travel back to their homeworns without police permission had decreased in the last 24 hours to 1,158, compared to 1,163 the day before.
