Eid-ul-Fitr namaz at their homes because of the ongoing restrictions on gatherings at places of worship among others. Similarly, rest of the Muslim community too has been advised by clerics to offer the Eid namaz and hold its sermon at home just like they have been doing for Friday prayers in the wake of lockdown since March. Muslims too won’t be able to offer namaz at eidgahs (open spaces) for Eid which they are likely to celebrate either on Sunday or Monday.

कोविड 19 के रोकथाम के लिए जारी लॉकडाउन के बीच मुस्लिम समाज में चिंता इस बात को लेकर थी कि इस बार ईद की नमाज कैसे की जाए क्योंकि अभी की स्थिति में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करना भी जरूरी है.बार ईद की नमाज नहीं हो पाएगी क्योंकि इसे मस्जिद या ईदगाह में करना जरूरी होता है. साथ ही इसके बाद एक खास तरह का प्रवचन जिसे ख़ुदबा कहते हैं होना जरूरी होता है. यही वजह है कि लोग ईद की नमाज के बदले घर से चाश्त की नमाज पढ़ेंगे.
