1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP WATER
MIX UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVE
COOK UNTIL 1 STRING CONSISTENCY
2 CUP POWDER MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)
COOK FOR 5 MIN. IN LOW HEAT
MIX DRY FRUITS EACH 1 TBSP
(BLACK RAISIN, MANGO, APRICOT, KIWI, PAPAYA, PINEAPPLE, CHERRY)
MIX WELL
POUR INTO A OIL GREASED MOULD
SPREAD EVENLY
SPREAD MIXED FRUITS
(BLACK RAISIN, MANGO, APRICOT, KIWI, PAPAYA, PINEAPPLE, CHERRY)
KEEP IN FRIDGE 1-2 HOURS. FOR SET WELL
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT IN PIECES
