INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 TBSP BUTTER
¼ CUP BROWN SUGAR
COOK UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVE (LOW HEAT)
POUR IN MOULD
SPREAD EVENLY
4 PIECES PINE APPLE SLICES
PLACE SOME CHERRIES
½ CUP OIL
1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP MILK
1 TSP PINEAPPLE EXTRACT
1 TSP VINEGAR
MIX WELL
2 CUP MAIDA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
SIEVE
MIX WELL
POUR THE BATTER IN MOULD
PLACE THE MOULD IN PRE-HEATED PAN
COOK IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30-35 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
