China’s national legislature starts annual session

The third session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China’s highest organ of state power, opened its 2020 annual session in Beijing on Friday.
The annual session was previously scheduled for March every year and it was delayed this year due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
