In view of the Corona crisis, the Modi government announced an economic package of about 21 lakh crores. The details of this package have been kept in front of the country by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Now Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das has announced the repo rate reduction. After this deduction, the repo rate of RBI has come down from 4.40 per cent to 4 per cent. Along with this, an additional discount of 3 months has been given on the loan installment. Meaning that if you do not give EMI of your loan for the next 3 months, the bank will not put pressure.

कोरोना संकट को देखते हुए मोदी सरकार ने करीब 21 लाख करोड़ के आर्थिक पैकेज का ऐलान किया था. देश के सामने इस पैकेज का ब्यौरा वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण रख चुकी हैं. अब रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (आरबीआई) गवर्नर शक्तिकांत दास ने रेपो रेट कटौती का ऐलान किया है. इस कटौती के बाद आरबीआई की रेपो रेट 4.40 फीसदी से घटकर 4 फीसदी हो गई है. इसके साथ ही लोन की किस्‍त देने पर 3 महीने की अतिरिक्‍त छूट दी गई है. मतलब कि अगर आप अगले 3 महीने तक अपने लोन की ईएमआई नहीं देते हैं तो बैंक दबाव नहीं डालेगा.
