ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో కరోనా వ్యాప్తి నేపథ్యంలో లాక్ డౌన్ కొనసాగుతున్నందున కేవలం కంటైన్ మెంట్ జోన్ల బయట హెయిర్ కటింగ్ షాపులు, సెలూన్లు తెరిచేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం అనుమతి ఇచ్చింది. అదే సమయంలో వీటి నిర్వహణ విషయంలో కఠిన నిబంధనలు విధించింది. ఇప్పటివరకూ కనీవినీ ఎరుగని ఈ రూల్స్ చూస్తే ఎవరికైనా మతిపోవాల్సిందే. అయితే కరోనా వ్యాప్తికి ఎక్కువగా అవకాశం ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలు కాబట్టి వీటిని కచ్చితంగా పాటించాల్సిందేనని పురపాలకశాఖ స్పష్టం చేసింది.
