welcome back to another video this video is for those who have dull and uneven skin and also i have shared what all can you people eat for good healthy and glowing skin follow the remedies and diet plans and see the results stay healthy and take care of your skin.

Common Reason
* Stress
* Sunrays
* Change in weather
* makeup that doesn't suit your skin

Use -
1) Aloevera Gel, Haldi, Honey
make a paste-use for 20 minutes
2) Green tea
boil and strain with a strainer add Brown sugar and use as a scrub.
3) Coconut Oil
use every night before sleeping, it moisturize your skin well
4) Tomato
it contains vit C helps in skin lightening . add turmeric and make paste.
5) Lemon
1 tbsp of lemon juice add sugar and make paste then scrub for 5 minutes
Lemon naturally bleaches your skin.
if your skin type is sensitive- Don't use.
6) Yogurt- Dahi
add lime juice in dahi or orange juice. it reduces Dark Spots also Protects from sun Burn.

FOR HEALTHY SKIN :
* Eat Fruits Regularly
* Avoid oily food
* Sleep on time, wake up early
* wash your face after coming back Home
* use makeup remover to remove your makeup
* Don't Smoke
* Avoid excess oily, sweet, salty things.
