Amphan: How dangerous is the situation for Bengal and Odisha

About 4.5 lakh people have been evacuated from vulnerable areas in West Bengal and Odisha ahead of the landfall of cyclonic storm Amphan, says NDRF chief SN Pradhan. Cyclone Amphan is now about 95 km south-southeast of Digha in West Bengal. The cyclone will cross West Bengal-Bangladesh coasts between Digha and Hatiya Islands in Bangladesh close to Sunderbans.
