Chicken Tikka is an aromatic Indian dish of cooked chicken that has been marinaded in tikka spices and yogurt. The dish is an authentic Indian recipe but was adapted by the Western world into a Tikka Masala. The masala is a rich tomato based sauce that the cooked chicken was served in to make it more paletable to the Western European palette.

Ingredients

100 g Plain Yogurt
15 ml lemon Juice
1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of Garam masala
1 tsp smoked paprika
