International Women's Day: Your second home | Join hands for the cause of women suffering from Postpartum Depression

Postpartum Depression is a bitter reality which affects about 15 percent of women around the world. Postpartum depression (PPD), also known as postnatal depression, is a type of mood disorder associated with childbirth. The symptoms of the disorder include extreme sadness, low energy, anxiety, crying episodes, irritability, and changes in sleeping or eating patterns.

However, the society can extend our support to all the mothers going through this phase and help create an amicable environment at their offices or workplace, outside their home.
