Bihar: Girl tied with pillar beaten in public; accused arrested after video went viral

Police in West Champaran arrested four persons on Friday night who were allegedly involved in thrashing a girl after tying her with a pillar using ropes. The matter came to the light after the video of the incident went viral on Friday. The incident took place on Thursday at village Kathaiyya under Naurangia police station area in the Bagaha police district of West Champaran, according to Bagaha SP Arvind Kumar.
