People cast votes in UP and Uttarakhand

Voting occurred in UP and Uttarakhand as people seemed highly excited while using their right to vote. BSP, BJP and SP- Congress alliance are fighting it out in UP whereas its a direct fight between Congress and BJP in Uttarakhand.
