Rakshabandhan Special: Pakistani woman reaches to India to tie Rakhi to PM Modi

Ahead of Rakshabandhan, a Pakistani woman from Karachi on Sunday arrived in India to tie a rakhi to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Qamar Mohsin is tieng Rakhi to modi for the last 36 years. Raksha Bandhan- a "bond of protection" will be celebrated on Monday across India and Nepal. On this day, sisters tie Rakhi (a thread) on the wrist of their brothers and wish for their well being. And brothers in return promise to protect them from evil and sad.
