Several dead, millions affected as floods create havoc in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh

Due to heavy flood, 106 people were killed, more than 70 lakh people get affected in Bihar, in Uttar Pradesh nearly 30 people killed and more than a lakh people get affected.Rescue and relief operation is still continuing.
