Days after Gorakhpur tragedy, 3 children die due to lack of oxygen in Chhattisgarh

While people were still mourning the death of 70 infants in Gorakhpur and debating on its cause, three children died due to lack of oxygen in a government hospital in BJP-ruled Chhattisgarh.
