Pak PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi calls India a threat; ready to use nuclear weapons

Pakistan PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that India is the biggest threat to his country . He further said that Pakistan could use small nuclear weapons to counter India's 'cold-start doctrine'.
