Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh on Friday said that he will raise the issue of Goa elections and subsequent 'hijacking of results by BJP' in front of President Pranab Mukherjee. "Narendra Modi is not god, he can be stopped. For that political will is needed among parties who are against communal forces," Digvijay said.
