* Right time of Eating Citrous Fruits is 10:00am to 3:00pm - Fruits like Lemon, Orange, Grapes, Pineapple etc.
- Don't Eat These fruits Empty Stomach.
* You can Have Banana, Apple, Kiwi, Peach etc Fruits Empty Stomach.
* Pineapple Contains Bromelain Enzyme which helps in Digestion of Protein.
* You can have Pineapple after meal
* Watermelon is Best for Summers as it is Full of vitamin A,C. It is loaded with water and keep you Hydrated.
* Coconut water - You can Drink any Time. Good for stomach Problems like "Acidity" etc.
* Try not to Drink Empty Stomach.
* Mango - Mangoes have more Fiber, also Sugar Content is very High- Reason of Pimples.
* Make Shake or add few Spoons of Sugar and have with a glass of milk.
