Coronavirus: rescued Hong Kong recycling plant helps city by making toilet paper

A Hong Kong paper recycling factory hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic has been revitalised thanks to support from local citizens. Since then, the plant has been making its own brand of toilet paper for sale in the city.
