The International Fleet Review (IFR) of the Indian Navy began here on Thursday amid festive fervour in the port city. The four day gala event will celebrate the Indian naval prowess and military extravaganza on the sea. It will be a display of congregation of warships, aircraft carriers and other military marvels.
