Maharashtra government for the first time imposed section 144 of Indian Penal Code in Latur for two months, reasoning that there are law and order problems there borne out of a crisis over water.Now the question is that our political leaders are so busy in other issues that have actually overshadowed the important ones. There is no dearth of the burning issues that concern the nation at present but are our leaders really sensitive to it?
