Pilibhit: DM uses foul language to a complainant in front of Maneka Gandhi who kept mum

Some of the farmers had gathered to discuss the land encroachment case in their village of Pilibhit with BJP members. In front of Union Minister Maneka Gandhi the DM used foul, abusive language to the complainant over there. And the Minister later also defended the DM.
