PM Narendra Modi, while addressing the country, announced a relief package of Rs 20 lakh crore. In its first phase, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman made several big announcements on Wednesday. The benefit of Kisan Credit Card is being given to 2.5 crore new farmers. Fishermen and livestock farmers will also get the benefit. 30,000 crore additional emergency working capital funds will be given to NABARD for farmers. This will be in addition to the first fund of 90 thousand crores received by NABARD and will be released immediately.

पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश को संबोधित करते हुए 20 लाख करोड़ रुपये के राहत पैकेज का ऐलान किया था. इसके पहले चरण में बुधवार को वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने कई बड़े ऐलान किए. किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड का लाभ 2.5 करोड़ नए किसानों को दिया जा रहा है. मछुआरों और पशुपालकों को भी इसका लाभ मिलेगा. किसानों के लिए 30,000 करोड़ अतिरिक्त इमरजेंसी वर्किंग कैपिटल फंड नाबार्ड को दिए जाएंगे. ये नाबार्ड को मिले 90 हजार करोड़ के पहले फंड के अतिरिक्त होगा और तत्काल जारी किया जाएगा.
