Manoj Tiwary reveals he never got courage to ask Dhoni on Exclusion from Team India | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Manoj Tiwary last played for India in 2015 against Zimbabwe. While, he didn’t fare as much as he would’ve liked in that game and the last few, the Bengal batsman was dropped after scoring a hundred in 2011. He scored his maiden and only ODI hundred against the West Indies in December 2011. But the right-handed batsman never got the opportunity or had the bravado to question the leader of the side. He claimed that since they respect their senior cricketers so much, they didn’t have the steal in them to ask such things.

फैनकोड एप पर बात करते हुए मनोज तिवारी ने कहा कि टीम से बाहर होने के बावजूद उन्‍होंने कभी भी धोनी से इस संबंध में सवाल नहीं किया. मनोज तिवारी ने कहा कि मैंने कभी सोचा नहीं था कि अपने देश के लिए शतक बनाने के बाद और मैन ऑफ द मैच जीतने के बाद मैं अगले 14 मैचों के लिए बाहर हो जाऊंगा. मगर मैं इस बात का सम्‍मान करता हूं. कप्‍तान, कोच, और टीम मैनेजमेंट के अपने विचार होते हैं. बतौर खिलाड़ी हमें उनके फैसलों का सम्‍मान करना चाहिए, क्‍योंकि शायद यह उनकी रणनीति हो. तिवारी को टीम इंडिया की तरफ से वापस खेलने का मौका आठ महीने बाद मिला था. जब टीम इंडिया 2012 में श्रीलंका दौरे पर गई थी. उन्‍होंने उस मैच में 21 रन बनाए थे और फिर इसके बाद अर्धशतक जड़ा था.
