Authentic Kada prasad is made simple. Nothing fancy doesn't require a whole lot of ingredients, nuts, etc. You would have noticed at Gurudwara The prasad always tastes delicious even when nothing is measured Why? As it's made with so much love and prayers in mind. A simple yet delicious prasad recipe.

Try following the below ratio and make it with your heart, it will come out delicious!!

The ratio is 1:1:1:1
Ghee: Wheat Flour: Sugar: Water

1. Heat a Pan on medium flame, add ghee and Wheat flour. Lower the flame and Stir it until the aroma comes and the flour is roasted and starts changing the colour.

2. Add water, stir for 1 minute and then add sugar Stir continuously for 1 or 2 mins on low flame and switch off the gas.

3. Kadha prasad is ready. Remove it from the kadhai within a minute as it may darken further which we would not want :)

Note:
If after adding 1 part of the water you feel its dry, there is no harm to add half or 1 more part of water. Just make sure you keep stirring on low flame and switch off the gas after 1 minute.
