* Eat 2 Bananas every Morning.
* It keeps you Energetic whole day.
* Exercise Daily For At least 15-20 min.
* use Stairs instead of Lift.
* have Dinner Before 2 hours of sleeping.
* Say no to sugar.
* Brush your teeth twice in a day.
* Meditation - Reduces stress, Controls Anxiety.
* Boiled Vegetables - Contains more nutrients vitamin C, vitamin B.
* Early to Rise, Early to Bed.
* No Chilled water, Drink Normal Water.
