Aloo Bhujia , often called "bhujia" , is a popular crispy snack prepared by using potato and gram flour ( Besan ) and spices originated from Bikaner , a city in the western state of Rajasthan , India . Light Yellow in colour it is famously known to have been first prepared in Bikaner .
Today i have tried to make this recipe bit easy for you , there are some ingredients which are Difficult to find or Bit Expansive .
I have used alternative for all those items ( i.e Onion Powder , Tomato Powder , Garlic Powder , Flavor enhancer , Anti caking Agent Etc ) . Please watch video full to know the alternate .
