सभी सम्मानित शिक्षकों और दर्शकों के लिए,
मैंने ये वीडियो ऐसे सारे अधियापको के लिए बनाया है जो एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट में बतौर एक अध्यापक अपना फ़र्ज़ निभा रहे है| मैंने अपनी ज़िंदगी में एक अध्यापक के तौर पर जो सीखा है, समझा है, जो देखा है, वो सब experiences आप के साथ शेयर कर रही हू | मैंने भी बतौर अध्यापिका बहुत कुछ सीखा है | एक अध्यापक की ज़िंदगी सीखने और सिखाने में निकल जाती है | एक अध्यापक बनना और एक अच्छा अध्यापक बनने में बहुत फर्क होता है | एक अध्यापक सिर्फ पढ़ाता है और एक अच्छा अध्यापक पढ़ाने के साथ साथ पहले से ज्यादा बेहतर तरीके से पढ़ाने के नए नए तरीके भी सीखता रहता है | एक अच्छा अध्यापक बनने के लिए बहुत सी बातो का ध्यान रखना चाहिए जिसमे से कुछ जरूरी बातों पर मैंने ये वीडियो बनाई है | मैं आशा करती हू के आपको मेरा ये वीडियो पसंद आएगा |

I have made this video for all such teachers who are doing their duty as a teacher in the education department. I have understood what I have learned as a teacher in my life, sharing all the experiences with you. I have also learned a lot as a teacher. The life of a teacher goes into learning and teaching. There is a lot of difference between becoming a teacher and becoming a good teacher. A teacher only teaches and a good teacher keeps learning, as well as learning new ways to teach better than before. To become a good teacher, many things should be kept in mind, out of which I have made this video on some important things. I hope you like my video.
