West Bengal Principal Health Secretary Vivek Kumar has been transferred. He has now been posted as the Principal Secretary Environment Department in the state. News agency ANI reported that Naryan Swaroop Nigam has been appointed as the Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department until further orders.
