Middle eaten style kabab

* 200 gm kheema
* 1 medium onion
* 2 bullet chilli
* 2 tbsp fresh coriander
* 12 mint leaves
* 1/2 medium half bell pepper
* 4 stems parsley leaves
* 1 tsp tomato paste
* 4 cloves garlic
* 1 inch ginger
* 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* 3/4 tsp roasted cumin
* 1/2 tsp coriander powder
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
* Salt to taste
* 1 tsp sumac
