My one-on-one Functional Agility program incorporates pivoting, exploding, leaping, jumping, twisting, rotating, bounding and landing your bodyweight about. This program consists of BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED levels. The goal is to show you the various types of exciting and fun exercises that you can perform just about anywhere, especially in outside environments, even around your home.

By conducting these physical agility exercises, it'll show you how to boost your agility as well as unusual ways to boost your agility. You'll answer the question, "how can I be more agile?" It's accomplished via agility training for beginners that'll show you how to leap higher, how to land on one leg, how to be more nimble, and how to become more nimble. Functional fitness movements, combined with bodyweight agility for in-home fitness exercises and in-home fitness workouts deliver aerobic step platform exercises for an in-home step workout for beginners and newbie step exercises allowing for better newbie step platform training.
