Jackie Evancho on Shedding Her Image, Wants a Career Like Lady Gaga or Kim Kardashian (Exclusive)

ET’s Deidre Behar and Charlie O’Keefe spoke with the singer after she was eliminated as The Kitty on ‘The Masked Singer.’ Evancho opened up about her journey on the singing competition show, shedding her image as a young girl and transforming into a sexier and more mature artist. The 20-year-old singer told ET she’d like to have a music career like Lady Gaga, an entrepreneurial career like Kim Kardashian and even revealed she regrets turning down the opportunity to sing at Kim’s wedding to Kris Humphries in 2011. Evancho is now focused on making music inspired by Lana Del Rey and Billie Eilish, but first, she has to get through life at home in quarantine, surrounded by a full house of family members. Evancho is currently staying in Pennsylvania with her estranged parents, their new partners, siblings, step-siblings and a young transgender boy her family invited to stay with them. ‘The Masked Singer’ airs Wednesdays on Fox.
