National professor and former adviser to a caretaker government Jamilur Reza Choudhury have died.
He died early Tuesday, said Shibli Rubayat-ul Islam, dean of Dhaka University’s Faculty of Business Studies and also Jamilur Reza’s relative. He was 77 and from Sylhet.
Jamilur Reza Choudhury was a renowned civil engineer, educationist and researcher. He was the current vice-chancellor of the University of Asia Pacific.
