Big spike forces Ahmedabad into hard lockdown till May 15

The Gujarat government on Wednesday imposed a hard lockdown in Ahmedabad to curb the spread of Covid-19 and warned off a punishment under the Epidemic Diseases Act for violators. To control the spread of coronavirus, civic authorities of Ahmedabad and Surat decided to close all shops except those selling milk and medicines for a week. Watch the video for more information.
