Rush hour chaos returns to Vietnam’s streets as coronavirus lockdown lifted

Vietnam started to lift strict travel restrictions and social distancing measures on April 23, 2020, after no deaths caused by Covid-19 were reported. As the virus threat disappeared, traffic congestion reappeared in the country’s major cities as business and schools reopened.
