As you probably know that I did not posted it on YouTube for many reasons.

I just wish all of you to eat the cleaner foods as much as you can.

Ingredients:

A gallon of purified water.
A tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. Or vinegar of your choice.
A tablespoon of baking soda.

Directions:

(1) Mix all these ingredients into a bowl and stir it until disssolves. Normally, I only use the stainless steel bowl. But you can use a glass one instead.

(2) Once it’s ready, then soak the meat/fish/produce into that solution. Let it soak for at least one-hour.

(3) Rinse off the meat/fish/veggies with running purified water throughly.

(4) Ready to use it for cooking.

Cheers to our great health!
